Turn off and allow it to cool down
After using the appliance, the fan will continue running for a few minutes until temperature
falls below 60 °C. Do not pull the plug, do not turn off the unit at the main switch on the back of
the device while the fan is running to avoid overheating.
Note: It is extremely important to allow the fan to run until the device is completely cool before
cleaning.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Turn off and disconnect the device from the mains supply before cleaning or maintenance.
Remove the fat-drip tray and the grilling grate with the handle and clean both of them with an
appropriate cleaner. First spray the cleaner over them and allow it to act before rinsing.
Use a brush with plastic bristles to clean the device's components if necessary.
Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents to avoid damaging the device.
Rinse and dry thoroughly all its parts and accessories before introducing them back in the
appliance.
The inside part of the high-temperature grill must be cleaned after each use with a soft, damp
cloth.
Do not spray cleaner directly in the inside of the device, always use a cloth.
Use a soft damp cloth with some water to clean the product's surface.
The inside unit of the high-temperature grill can be removed for a more comfortable and
thorough cleaning. Just pull from the side walls, clean it and then introduce it again along the
guides on the sides.
Note: All accessories except for the pizza stone can be washed in the dishwasher.
