GUARNIZIONE ANTIPOLVERE:
Ogni 40/70 ore di lavoro, verificare la
condizione delle guarnizioni antipolvere
che circondano la spazzola centrale ed
all'occorrenza sostituirle Fig. 20.

REGOLAZIONI E SOSTITUZIONI
OPERAZIONE DA ESEGUIRE A MOTORE
FERMO.
CONTROLLO DELLA TRACCIA DELLA
SPAZZOLA CENTRALE:
Riscontrando che la macchina non pulisce
più perfettamente o tralascia sporco,
occorrerà effettuare un controllo della
traccia.

Per controllare la traccia, lasciare
la macchina ferma e, senza
avanzare ne retrocedere, lasciarla ferma
nello stesso punto per almeno 10/15
sec. Spegnere il motore e far avanzare
manualmente la macchina, fino a che sul
pavimento sarà visibile la traccia che ha
lasciato la spazzola centrale nella rotazione,
come a lato.
Per la regolazione della spazzola c entrale è
sufficiente avvitare il dado -A- per diminuire
la traccia, viceversa svitarlo se la si vuole

aumentare.
SMONTAGGIO SPAZZOLA CENTRALE:
Procedere come segue. Fig. 22.
1) Aprire lo sportello .
2) Rimuovere i quattro dadi a farfalla.
3) Estrarre il profilo di fermo part. 49.
4) Spostare la guarnizione sulla destra part. 48.
5) Rimuovere il pomello part. 47.
6) Estrarre il supporto mobile part. 46.
7) Estrarre la spazzola centrale.

Per rimontare la spazzola procedere con
sequenza inversa.

Should you notice that the machine does
no longer sweep perfectly or some dirt is
left, this means that a check of the trace
has to be made.

off the motor and move the machine forward

of the central brush is visible, as shown by

To adjust the central brush, it is sufficient to
tighten the nut -A- to diminish the trace, or
to loosen it, if you wish to increase it.
REMOVING THE CENTRAL BRUSH:
Proceed as follows. Fig. 22 .
1) Open the door .
2) Remove the four wing nuts.
3) Take out the stop profile part 49.
4) Move the seal to the right part. 48.
5) Remove knob part. 47.
6) Take out the mobile bracket part. 46.
7) Take out the central brush.
To remount the brush proceed with reverse
sequence.
