STANCE PHASE
STANCE FLEXION RESISTANCE
Factory setting = screw is at maximum resistance (most resistance to stance yielding) (Figure 8C)
Controls flexion of the knee during stance phase of gait. This adjustment is most effective for controlling resistance from stand-to-sit, stair or
ramp descent, and "stumble recovery."

Not Enough Flexion Resistance
Too Much Flexion Resistance
STANCE TRIGGER RESISTANCE
Factory setting = screw is at minimum resistance (easiest to trigger stance flexion) (Figure 10)
This sets the amount of toe load required to trigger release into flexion. If the knee goes into flexion too easily at higher walking speeds, this
adjustment may need to be increased.
