Inputtypeselection
To set up the unit for a particular input waveform you set the input
trigger/reset voltages using the input type setting. The trigger/reset
voltages are shown in a table on page 21. Use contact closure type for
volt-free contacts as this includes debouncing and sets the frequency
range automatically (maximum frequency is 10 Hz). All other input
types shown use the high level dc setting. If you need more help with
this selection, please contact technical support.

For review mode, press the

keys simultaneously.

Press the

keys to move through the setup sequence (see
table). Greyed items in the setup table are not shown in review mode.
A 10 s timeout applies for review mode or you can press to quit.
Note: You can use review mode while the instrument is in service and
the alarms will continue to operate correctly.
Clearingtrippedalarms
You can acknowledge a tripped alarm by simply pressing the key for
that channel ( ï for Alarm 1 or ENT for Alarm 2).
Displayingthealarmsetpoints
To check a setpoint, simply press the key for that channel ( ï for Alarm
1 or ENT for Alarm 2). If the alarms are disabled the display will show
---- .
Adjustingthealarmsetpoints
To change a setpoint, hold down the key for that channel ( ï for Alarm
1 or ENT for Alarm 2). You will then be able to change the value using
the arrows. Release the key to save the value.
Note: There are limits for the setpoint values that depend on the input
range setting and you cannot change the value if setpoint security is
on.
