Without Offset equalization:
In the diagram, the sensor measures a distance of 5000 mm.
The switching point is located 2000 mm distant, at 7000 mm.
With application of the offset equalization: Specification offset: 0 mm
In the diagram, the sensor measures a distance of 5000 mm. The switching point is located 2000 mm distant, at
7000 mm. After application of the offset equalization, from the distance 5000 mm the distance becomes 0 mm.
The switching distance thus gets displaced by 7000 mm to the actual 12000 mm.
Application of the offset equalization: Specification offset: 3000 mm
In the diagram, the sensor measures a distance of 5000 mm. The switching point is located 2000 mm distant,
at 7000 mm. After application of the offset equalization, from the distance 5000 mm the distance becomes 3000
