3. Remove the fan pressure hoses (see Fig.42).
NOTE: The pressure hoses must subsequently be reinstalled without any risk of confusion.
4. Remove the fan slowly and carefully (see Fig.43).
Pay attention to electrical connections and correct connection of the pressure hoses when installing the fan!
5�6 Service and maintenance of electrical pre-heater

Danger to life due to electric shock!
The unit must be fully isolated from the mains power supply before all maintenance and cleaning work.
Risk of injury due to electric shock, moving parts (fan) and hot surfaces�
Carry out maintenance after a waiting period of 3 minutes.
The servicing and maintenance of the electrical pre-heater must be carried out by trained and experienced
personnel and the required safety precautions must be taken�
The electrical pre-heater must be checked for contamination and damage every 6 months. If there is dirt and dust on
the electrical pre-heater, these can be removed with compressed air.
1. Open lock and turn handles counter clockwise to open the doors Fig.44).
