The Automatic Off Switch
The kettle switches off automatically and the power indicator (E) goes out as soon
as the water boils. Now you can remove the kettle from its stand. If you want
to stop the boiling process before the water boils, press the on/off switch down
again. As soon as the water boils, the kettle will turn itself off. If the kettle is filled
with little water, the boiling process will take longer.
