11.1 Loosening the ErgoSpin
connecting cable
CAUTION
The product is not protected against
incorrect assembly/disassembly!
Risk of injury and damage to the device during
subsequent operation.
Do not push the start switch while

plugging.
NOTICE
Overvoltage!
Damage to electronic components.
Disconnect voltage to the card rack field

(BT), the system box (SB) or the compact
system (CS), before loosening the
connections.
NOTICE
Damage to the connecting cable!
Incorrect loosening or removal of the con-
necting cable may damage the cable or the
plug.
Pull out the connecting cable according to

figure G ab.
Loosen the connecting cable from the in-

terface at the ErgoSpin/CC-ErgoSpin hand-
held nutrunner and pull out the connecting
cable.

11.2 Disassembling the out-
put drive
ESV/ ESA/ CC-ESV/ CC-ESA (see Fig. A)
Tools required:
• Hook spanner with DIN 1810 shape B hinge,
outer nut diameter 35-60 mm, pin diameter
4 mm
• Assembly aid ESWM 3 608 876 473
Clamp the assembly aid (20) into a vise or

the like.
Unscrew the union nut 4 using the hook

spanner (21). While doing so, hold the as-
sembly aid (20) to the flange (3) of the
output drive as counterweight.
Remove the output drive (2).


Tools required:
• Hook spanner with DIN 1810 shape B hinge,
outer nut diameter 35-60 mm, pin diameter
4 mm
Unscrew the union nut using the hook

spanner. While doing so, fix the output drive
in position using appropriate means.
Remove the output drive.

