NOTICE
Damage!
Rotary motion during operation by an
incompletely tightened union nut leads to
damage at the angle plug.
Connect the other end of the connecting cable

flush to:
– another connecting line
– the interface at the ErgoSpin/
CC-ErgoSpin (see figure E). Firmly
screw them to each other.

7 Commissioning
CAUTION
Avoid using wrong components!
Damage to persons and property!
Only operate the ErgoSpin/ CC-ErgoSpin

hand-held nutrunner in connection with
the components intended for this
purpose!
CAUTION
Loss of protection class IP 40!
Liquids and foreign bodies may penetrate and
damage the product.
Before commissioning, ensure that all

plug-in connections are correctly installed
and are undamaged.
The tightening system is commissioned by the
operating system BS350.
For information on commissioning,
refer to the software of the Rexroth
tightening system, i. e. the operating
system, e. g. BS350.
The electronic connection between the nut-
runner and the tightening system is established
via the ErgoSpin connection cable.
