Fitting the automatic charger and putting it into service

The IU0U automatic charger is used as a power supply unit for the direct op-
eration of 12-V consumers. The maximum power consumption of the con-
sumers may not be exceed 8 A.

Fitting the automatic charger and
putting it into service
Caution!
The IU0U automatic charger must be installed in a place that is
protected from moisture and humidity.
Make sure:
– The installation location is well ventilated.
– The installation surface is flat and sufficiently firm.
The air intake on the underside and the air outlet on the back of the
IU0U automatic charger must be kept clear.
Caution!
Disconnect the mains plug before connecting or disconnecting the
DC voltage connection.
