Compressed Air Connection - Corghi ERCO X4300 Serie Betriebsanleitung

The pneumatic system of the lift must only be connected to a compressed air supply
with a filter, regulator and lubricator unit (FRL).
FRL units may be ordered from the manufacturer if required.
proceed as follows to connect the lift pneumatically to the control unit
1. Remove the control unit door, unscrewing the 4 fastener screws.
2. Extract the pneumatic pipes under the main lift runways.
2.1 pull out the pneumatic lines from the control unit (lines with T unions)
3. Connect the pneumatic lines, matching the numbers indicated on the lines correctly
as shown in figure 9(connect line 3 with line 3 , line 6 with line, 6 etc.)
4. Connect the compressed air supply to the screw connection provided, shown in figure 9.
N.B. Once all the connections are made, restore the hydraulic unit to its original state.
