Anleitung FB 120Einhell
To assemble the cold frame you need a light
hammer and a meter rule. Before commencing with
the assembly, please read the instructions carefully
and study the illustrations. When fitting the profiles
on the panels, always check the length of the profiles
first and do not assemble the panel until you have
the correct profile. We recommend applying a little
edible oil or fat to the edge of the panel or profile.
You will then find it easy to tap the profiles into
position with the palm of your hand or a hammer.
Make sure that there is no sharp cut edge on the
panel. If there is, scrape it off with a knife. If there is,
scrape it off carefully with a knife.
Assembly will be easy if you proceed in the
following order:
1. Check the contents against the list of parts.
2. Begin with the lid (D), size 980 x 580 mm.
3. First press the long profiles (1) and then the
short profiles (2) onto the plastic web panel. The
long profiles (1) should project an equal distance
(1 cm) beyond the ends of the plastic web panel.
See Figure 3.
Make sure that all the sections point downward
(see Figure 1).
4. The procedure for the rear (R) and front (V)
elements is the same as for the lid. Once again,
make sure that all the profiles point in one
direction (Figure 1 and Figure 3).
5. Assemble the side elements in the same way,
but this time arrange the profiles (8) so that they
point outward (Figure 1).
6. Now join the 4 side elements (R - S + V) together
using the profiles (5). Simply plug the profiles (5)
together from above or below (see the detail in
Figure 2).
7. Plug the ridge profile (9) and the two side profiles
(10) together using corner angles (11).
8. Arrange the pre-assembled front and side
elements so that you can slide the ridge by its
side profiles down into the profiles (3) of the pre-
assembled sides.
9. Place one corner angle (11) under each of the
four corners as shown in Fig. 1 and press the
base profiles into the corner angles until they
latch home.
