Süßkartoffel-Curry mit Ente
Zubereitung:
Entenbrust in Würfel schneiden und mit Teriyakisauce, Sesamöl und Currypaste marinieren.
Süßkartoffeln und Pastinaken schälen.
Mit dem Gourmet-Hobel VIOLINO® Süßkartoffeln in große Würfel, Staudensellerie und Pastinaken in
Scheiben schneiden.
Alles portionsweise anbraten und aus der Pfanne nehmen. Anschließend Currypaste in der Pfanne
anrösten, mit Hühnerbrühe und Kokosmilch ablöschen und etwas einkochen lassen.
Gemüse und Fleisch wieder zugeben, aufkochen, mit Salz abschmecken und mit frisch gehackten
Korianderblättern bestreut servieren.
Dazu passt Basmatireis.
Sweet Potato Curry with Duck
Preparation:
Dice the duck breast and marinate it with teriyaki sauce, sesame oil and curry paste.
Peel the sweet potatoes and parsnips.
Use the VIOLINO® gourmet slicer to cut the sweet potatoes into large dices and to slice the celery
stalks and parsnips.
Sauté everything in portions and then take them out of the pan. Next, fry the curry paste in the pan,
add chicken broth and coconut milk and bring to the boil.
Add vegetables and meat, bring to the boil, add salt to taste, garnish with freshly chopped coriander
leaves and serve.
Delicious served with basmati rice.
