Storing bottles

• If, for example in summer, the ambient
temperature increases, so select a lower
setting accordingly.
If you set a lower temperature, you will
need higher cooling performance. This
increases the energy consumption.
A fridge thermometer is required to be able to
control the temperature inside the appliance.
• Place the fridge thermometer in the cen-
tre of the bottom storage rack (5).

Improper handling of the appliance

Do not store explosive substances or

spray cans with fl ammable propel-
lants inside the appliance as they
may create explosive gas-air mix-
tures.
The On/Off switch (7) lets you turn the interior
lighting on and off. The On/Off switch can be
found inside the appliance at the top next to
the light.

Interior equipment

The storage racks (5) can be removed and
rearranged as necessary.
You will achieve the most efficient use of en-
ergy for your appliance if you combine the
shelves as shown in the diagram (see "Ap-
pliance components/operating elements" on
page EN-10).
1. Remove the storage racks.
2. Place the storage racks in the new position.

Opening the door for long periods can
cause a significant increase of the tempera-
ture in the appliance.
• Do not leave the door open for too long
for no purpose.
• If you do not need the refrigerating appli-
ance for a long time, switch it off, clean it
and leave the door open to prevent mould
from developing.
