5 Installation and initial operation

DANGER
Danger of lethal electric shock!
There is a risk of lethal injury when touching live
components.
f Only connect the tool to a properly installed standard
socket with earthed contacts.
f Observe the voltage and amperage requirements.
f Do not touch any of the live components.
WARNING
Risk of injury due to tools and components falling
down!
Tools or components that are not properly installed can fall
down and cause severe personal injuries (especially head
injuries).
f Use personal protective equipment.
f Ensure that all components of the overhead
suspension and the tool are properly installed.
f Only install the overhead suspension on suitable
ceilings, supporting structures, or rail systems.
CAUTION
Possible risk of crushing due to closing tongs!
When a tool is switched on, it can be accidentally
activated during installation work.
The tongs on the tool can cause crushing injuries when
they are closed.
f Only perform installation work when the power
supply unit is switched off.

5 .1 Required installation tools

f Perform the necessary installation work with the
following installation tools:
• Open-end spanner (size 13)
• Allen key (size 4)

Installing the AT2000 CPK overhead suspension
1 Rail runner with balancer (cable pull)
2 Notch
3 Reel retainer with clamp ring
4 Column with power supply unit bracket
5 Hanger
6 Karabiner
7 Band chain tensioner with guide roller
8 Spacer disc
9 Cap nut
10 Pin
11 Fixing screws (rail runner)
1 Install the rail runner with balancer
f Put the rail runner
on the column

f Insert the two fixing screws
into the rail runner and tighten by hand.

2 Insert the reel retainer with the clamp ring
f Insert the reel retainer
f Pay attention to the correct direction of rotation of
the pinion.
The pinion must be able to engage.
3 Install the band chain tensioner with guide roller and
counterweight .

f Put the spacer disc on the reel retainer

f Put the band chain tensioner
f Make sure that the pin
notch .

f Put on the cap nut
and tighten by hand.

4 Hook the hanger onto the karabiner
