EN
Risk of electric shock and smouldering fire
A thermal overload of multiple socket
outlet strips or extension cables may lead to
IT
short circuits and subsequently to smoul-
dering fires.
FR
➤ Do not use multiple socket outlet strips.
➤ Do not use extension cables.
ES
The cabinet is a "plug-in-ready" compact cabinet.
PT
When connecting the cabinet to the electricity net-
work, the following points must be adhered to.
NL
notes
DA
• Supply cables must have a minimum cross section of
2.5 mm
2
(14AWG). 3-pin cables must be used at all
times. It is not permitted to use a 5-pin cable.
FI
• There are 2 connecting cables (cabinet and light) on
the top of the KINLEY/KINLEY XL. The lower refrig-
SE
erator/freezer cabinet is provided with sockets from
the KINLEY/KINLEY XL. Please keep in mind that
NO
there are customer-specific variations.
• Only connect cabinets to a grounded socket with
SL
ground contact and its own mains circuit. No more
than 1 KINLEY/KINLEY XL and 1 other refrigerator/
HR
freezer cabinet should ever be connected to an elec-
trical circuit.
CS
• The mains and light cables are identified by appropri-
ate stickers.
SK
• It is important not to swap the light and cabinet
sockets as otherwise there is a risk of the cabinets
being switched off with the store lights.
PL
No other loads must be connected to these sockets.

6.2 Circuit protection

LT
LV
Risk of electric shock
HU
Electrical safety requirements that are not
adhered to may lead to people entering the
electric circuit unprotected.
RU
➤ It is imperative that the electrical safety
requirements are adhered to. Ensure that
RO
you are sufficiently protected.
EL
note
TR
The following circuit protection is required:
- Cabinet circuit protection (refrigeration sys-
BG
tem): maximum 2 cabinets (1 KINLEY/KINLEY XL
and 1 other refrigerator/freezer) per fuse.

- Lighting circuit protection: Maximum permis-
sible number of pairs of cabinets (combination of 1
KINLEY/KINLEY XL and 1 other refrigerator/freezer)
per miniature circuit breaker or residual current cir-
cuit breaker/miniature circuit breaker combination
when using LED bars:

6.2.1 Miniature circuit breakers
(MCBs)
Miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) are provided as mini-
mum circuit protection for the cabinet.
note
• It is imperative to use the MCBs with 16 A fuses.
6.2.2 Residual current circuit breakers
(RCCB)
The use of a residual current circuit breaker as "ad-
ditional protection for the exterior and for sockets"
(411.3.3) is stipulated for new installations based on
VDE 0100-410 (in its current version) (as has already
happened in Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
Residual current circuit breakers are therefore stipu-
lated for the electrical installation of AHT cabinets in
stores. These must be installed separately for the cabi-
net circuit (refrigeration system) and the lighting circuit
(integrated in the cabinet).
When using residual current circuit breakers, it is im-
portant to ensure that the circuit breakers being used
are type "G" (surge current resistant). In order to en-
hance the performance of the residual current circuit
breaker, we suggest the following:
