3 Operation

Note before every use
Ensure the following requirements are met:
r The vacuum cleaner, power cord, suction hose and accessories are undamaged.
r All filters are installed and undamaged.
r These operating instructions have been read and understood.
r The floor where the vacuum cleaner will be located must be level and solid with a suitable load capacity.
r Attach the hose and the respective accessories (for example diagonal nozzle) to the connection nozzle of the
vacuum cleaner.
r Unauthorised persons must not use this industrial vacuum. The user must verify that all protective and
safety measures are observed.
r Position the vacuum cleaner near the area to be cleaned and activate the wheel lock.

Power connection

– The user must ensure installation complies with local regulations.
– Verify that the voltage, frequency and the fuse rating of the mains match the information on the type
plate
– The power cable may only be replaced by an electrician. If the power cable must be replaced, you will
need to unscrew the handle on the motor head. The cable may only be replaced by an equivalent cable:
230 volt models: H07 RN-F 2 X 1.5 mm² 16 A
– The use of extension cables is only permitted in accordance with VDE guidelines (with consideration of
cable cross-section, cable length and power consumption).
