You can block or enable channels,
individual programs and menu setting
(e.g. setup menu) for children (settings
are not activated until the device has
been switched on again after standby
mode).
During the initial call of this
function, you will be prompted to
enter a 4-digit numerical code, which
can be selected freely. Please
remember the entered PIN code.
In case you should have forgotten it,
you can reset the parental control with
a software update.

Please note that a protection of
recordings and programs with
adult content is not possible until
a PIN code has been entered.
Parental-guidance is not active
when accessing the recordings
and streaming via a network.
