OPERATION
Always turn off the desired USB device before connecting it to the USB port.
Make sure the connection is correct. If the product is not connected properly,
it could overheat or cause an electric shock or fire.
Make sure the USB device matches the specifications of the USB vehicle
charger. Observe the information in chapter "Technical data".
1. Connect the turned-off appliance(s) to the USB vehicle charger.
2. Plug the USB vehicle charger into an on-board voltage socket. The power indicator on the
VERSION 07/13
USB vehicle charger lights up and indicates that the product is ready for use.
3. The connected appliance(s) will then be charged. If you want to use the connected
appliance(s) you may now switch it/them on.
4. Turn off the connected appliance (USB device) before disconnecting the USB vehicle charger
from the on-board voltage socket.
5. After use, disconnect the USB vehicle charger from the on-board voltage socket.
You may operate the USB vehicle charger with the engine running or off. You should,
however, not start the engine while the USB charger is connected, since the on-board
voltage socket disconnects when starting the engine (not necessarily applicable for all
vehicles). If the engine is switched off, drawing current over a longer period of time will
discharge the vehicle battery.
CLEANING
Disconnect the product from the on-board voltage socket before cleaning. Clean the product
with a dry, fiber-free cloth.
DISPOSAL
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant
