Switching on
1. Make sure that the steam regulator (3) is
turned to 'OFF'.
2. Connect the mains plug to an easily ac-
cessible socket.
3. Press the On/Off button (10) to switch on
the appliance.
All four LED rings around the buttons will
light up and pulse white. The appliance
heats up.
After approx. 50 seconds, the LED rings
steadily light up white. The heat-up pro-
cess is now done and the appliance is in
standby mode.
Switching off
• Press the On/Off button (10) again to turn
off the appliance.
All LEDs will turn off.
Automatic switch-off
If you haven't pressed a button on your
Espresso Machine for 20 minutes, the appli-
ance automatically switches off. The LED ring
around the On/Off button flashes red and a
beep indicates that the appliance is switching
off.
