Function Description
The BIS Identification System is in the Ready state.

for write: BIS is ready to accept new/additional data.

If the parameter "Input IN" is 1, this bit indicates the
state of the Input.
The command was incorrectly processed or aborted.
The command was finished without error.
The command was recognized and started.
