FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

•
To fit the branded radiator guard to the bike, first cut the foam strip provided into
10mm wide
that they will sit between the radiator guard and the radiator.
•
Remove both side fairings to ease fitment.
•
Remove the two pop rivets as shown in pictures 1 and 2 by carefully using a flat
screwdriver and prying the middle parts upwards.
•
Carefully unclip and remove the original radiator panel.
•
Place the branded radiator guard into position shown in the top picture and using
the supplied cable ties secure into position (please ensure the cable ties do not go
through the cooling matrix and are only located through the frame only) as
shown in pictures 3, 4, 5 and 6.
•
Refit the original radiator panel and both fairing as original.
