Troubleshooting table
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean
there is a defect in the appliance. For this reason, please check the tables to see if you
can correct the malfunction.

Risk of electric shock in case of improper repair!
Never try to repair a defective or suspected defective appliance yourself. You can put
your own and future users' lives in danger. Only authorised specialists are allowed to
carry out this repair work.

Fans and lighting not

Possible causes
The appliance is dis-
connected from the
mains.
LED defective.
Metal grease filter/
fleece grease filter
dirty.
Carbon filter mat
dirty.
Solutions, tips
Check to ensure that the mains plug is posi-
tioned correctly.
Check the socket by connecting another
electric device.
Check the fuse.

Clean the metal grease filter and the fleece
grease filter (see page EN-9).
Use/replace the carbon filter mat (see page
EN-15).
