Before you take the device for repair, please check the following:

WHAT TO CHECK
Check if the plug is properly inserted into the jack and
jack and if the power adapter is properly connected to
the socket.
Install the device again
Remove the plug from the jack, wait for about 2 seconds and re-
insert the plug.
Remove the darts from the board.
 Unscrew and open the lower part of the dartboard housing.

 Grasp the broken tip of the dart with with a pair of sharp pliers, then
push the tip from the back to the front.
Never attempt to uncover the electrical circuits.
