Care and service

1. Check the cleaning brushes for dirt and, if neces-
sary, clean or tap them under running water.
2. Check nozzle bars for clogging and clean if neces-
sary.
3. Replace worn or damaged parts.

Troubleshooting guide

High-pressure cleaner switches on/off
For certain units: High-pressure gun or ball tap of the tel-
escopic rod closed
1. Open the high-pressure gun or ball tap completely.
With the high-pressure gun closed or the ball tap of the
telescopic rod closed: Leakage in the system
1. Notify Customer Service.
Roller brush does not turn
Roller brush is blocked
1. Switch off high-pressure cleaner, notify Customer
Service.
Water distribution on the nozzle bar is not even
Roller brush is severely calcified
1. Place the nozzle bar in an acid bath with RM 101.
Caution: The drive must not come into contact with
acid.
Customer Service department
If the malfunction cannot be corrected, the device must
be checked by the Customer Service department.

Warranty

The warranty conditions issued by our relevant sales
company apply in all countries. We shall remedy possi-
ble malfunctions on your appliance within the warranty
period free of cost, provided that a material or manufac-
turing defect is the cause. In a warranty case, please
contact your dealer (with the purchase receipt) or the
next authorised customer service site.
