DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTION OF THE PARTS

THE RICE COOKER IS EASY TO USE AND ITS APPLICATIONS ARE VERSATILE:
Operating temperature ranges (subject to fluctuations depending on the liquid and amount of rice):
- Rice: 98 ° - 103 ° C
- Keep warm function: 60 ° - 70 ° C
- Capacity: 1.4 liters / maximum 7 measuring cups of rice (not cooked) = 14 measuring cups of rice
(cooked), suitable for 1 to 5 people
- Minimum preparation amount: 1 half measuring cup (90 ml) rice with 2 measuring cups (360 ml) water
The handling is very easy. Familiarize yourself with the control panel below.
The digital control panel is easy to
use. It consists of 5 soft touch
buttons. To turn on the device,
press the KEEP WARM
(WARMHALTEN) button. The device
goes through a test run in which all
keys light up briefly. Now select the
desired program by briefly pressing
the button. The light indicator starts
to light up. After the cooking
process, the cooker automatically
switches to keep warm mode and
the light indicator lights up yellow.
In order to switch off the device
completely, the KEEP WARM
(WARMHALTEN) button must be
pressed.

With the WHITE RICE (WEIßER REIS)
button you cook restaurant quality
white rice.
The BROWN RICE (BRAUNER REIS)
button is perfect for brown rice, natural
rice and other cereals that require a
longer cooking time.
With the SAUTÈ / COOK (BRATEN
KOCHEN) button is only seared on high
heat and later the cooker automatically
switches to simmer. Ideal e.g. for onions,
chilies, risotto or fried and much more!
The STEAM (DÄMPFEN) button is for
quick steaming of vegetables or fish.
The KEEP WARM (WARMHALTEN) ON /
OFF button has two functions. The
cooker automatically switches to keep
warm mode after cooking to keep the
rice warm and fresh. Press again to
switch on or off.
