When this softkey is pressed, all new messages are then played
automatically one after the other. Automatic play-back is halted
if you press a further key. You can also manually control the
play-back of messages using the keys described below.

Once you have listened to a new message completely, it is deleted from the list of new messages and
moved to the list with the old messages.
Once you have listened to all new calls, the display illustrated
here is then shown again. To listen to other messages, proceed as
described for »

Listening to all messages, dictations, info-texts or recordings

Begin as follows:

Answering
machine

The type and number of the new and old (ones that
have already been listened to) messages are shown.
When you press the right arrow key the number of
logged calls (see page 23) is shown.
The answering machine switches from the current to the previous message
(»<«) or to the next one (»>«).
Press the » « softkey to halt listening to a message.
Pause
If you wish to continue with listening to a message, press the »
softkey.
Press the » « softkey to listen to the same message again from the be-
repeat
ginning.
Press the » « softkey, to end play-back of a message.
Stop
In the subsequent menu you can listen to a message again, delete a message or
view the number of the caller. Press the corresponding softkey »
