Announcements, info texts and dictations

You can record various announcements, info texts and dictations on the answering machine.
Announcement: You can record up to 10 announcements. When the answering machine takes a call,
the caller will hear the announcement assigned to that particular MSN.
Sign-off text: Special announcement given to a caller after he/she has left a message when recording
is limited to a certain time.
Notification announcement: Special announcement which can be used at the beginning of automa-
tic forwarding. This announcement must be activated explicitly after it has been recorded.
Announcement when answering machine is full: Announcement that a caller receives on inadequa-
te storage capacity of the answering machine.
1.) when less than 30 seconds are available for leaving a message.
2.) when storage capacity is exhausted while a message is being recorded.
This announcement must be activated explicitly after it has been recorded.
Info-texts:Recording of up to four texts that can be stored individually and activated or deactivated as
messages for other telephone users.
Dictations: Recording of texts (max. 99, depending on remaining storage capacity) that are stored
one after the other.
