Our state-of-the-art products con-
form with high technical stand-
ards and are subjected to stringent
quality inspection. If, contrary to
expectations, the device should
not function properly, The JAVA
Co ee Company, having its reg-
istered o ce at 3110 Rotselaar,
Wingepark 20, will remedy defects
free of charge that are due to faulty
materials or manufacturing errors
on the following guarantee terms.
The guarantee period is one year
beginning on the day of purchase.
Should you wish to make a claim
under this guarantee, please di-
rect your enquiry to the following
address: info@tjcc.be.
Notice of claims under the guar-
antee must be given within 7 days
after you have discovered or ought
to have discovered the defect and
in any event before the end of the
guarantee period. The notice of
claim under the guarantee must
detail the nature of the defect. You
must submit the invoice to claim
under the guarantee.
After the JAVA Co ee Company has
received your notice, you will be
contacted within a reasonable time
for instructions on how to proceed
with a repair.

The JAVA Co ee Company may
choose, at its discretion, the
method of remedying defects, ei-
ther by repair or replacement of
the defective device within a rea-
sonable time. All other remedies
are excluded (including without
limitation: cover purchase, dam-
ages, repair by yourself or third
party, price reduction, etc.) Any
rendering of the guarantee servic-
es above by The JAVA Co ee Com-
pany shall not cause the guarantee
period to be extended or recom-
menced. Replacement products or
repaired parts will be guaranteed
for only the unexpired portion of
the original guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover any
defects resulting from (without
limitation) incorrect user setup,
lack of care, accident, negligence,
misuse, failure to follow the prod-
uct instructions, calcium deposits,
improper or inadequate mainte-
nance, normal wear and tear, use
on current or voltage other than
as marked on the product, product
alteration, fire, lightning, flood or
other external causes.
This guarantee does not apply in
case the machine is opened or re-
paired without prior written con-
sent of The JAVA Co ee Company.
Furthermore, this guarantee does
not apply to fragile components
such as glass, plastic or light bulbs
or to slight defects that do not ad-
versely a ect the value or fitness
for use of the device.
If a device is returned to The JAVA
Co ee Company because of a defect
that is not covered by this guaran-
tee or in the total absence of a de-
fect, The JAVA Co ee Company re-
serves the right to invoice a fee to
cover costs for the inspection and
transportation of the device.
This guarantee is valid only in the
country of purchase, namely Bel-
gium or Luxemburg. Nothing in this
guarantee limits the compulsory
statutory rights of consumers.
