1.General information
Hoesch products set the benchmark for quality, comfort and design. To assure optimal function and a long life cycle of your
product please comply with the following instructions. Each delivery is strictly controlled before leaving the factory. Check the
completeness of the delivery before starting installation. Products represented here are subject to technical and visual
modifications! All dimensions data is in mm. All connection measures are internal measurements! We are not liable for defects
resulting from non-conventional usage, improper transport or faulty intermediate storage. Our respectively valid warranty
conditions are in force.
During mounting protect the surface of shower tray with cover!

Water connections
Penetrations through walls must be sealed with permanently elastic joint sealant. The installation must be rinsed acc. to
DIN1988.
The customer must provide a dirt pan in the interior installation.
Hot water supply DN 15/20 supply flange Rp ½", working pressure 2-3 bar, 60-70ºC
Attention: thermal disinfection (short time temperature increase up to 70 C) should be ensured!
Cold water connection DN 15/20 supply flange Rp ½", working pressure 2-3bar
Bottom drain DN 50.

Electrical installation
An appropriately separate feed cable of 3x2.5
conductor of at least 1x4
according to page 10.
The unit must be protected by a quick-acting fuse (IDN = 30mA), which separates all poles of the unit from the mains
with a contact opening gap of at least 3mm.
We strictly recommend connecting the unit to the power supply using a circuit-breaker that disconnects the unit at all
poles (16 A, min. 3 mm contact opening, observe safety area!).
Note:
All electrical work must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with DIN/EN specifications (DIN VDE
0100-701, etc.), national regulations and local EVU regulations!
Setting up room for shower tray and shower enclosure
The cabin is designed for setting up in front of the wall.

The gully must be laid in the indicated area.

Observe ceiling height of the room when installing the steam cabin with platform provided by customer.

Make sure there is a clearance of at least 150mm from the top of the cabin to the ceiling.

The cabin has been designed for installation on masonry walls, in order to ensure a reliable fastening.

The walls must be completely tiled over the cubicle's entire height before the fitting.
I
The floor at the place of installation must be completely flat.

Attention: due to high temperature within the working area of steam jet and at steam outlet, direct skin contact should
be avoided!
