Adhesive Replacement Tapes
Single patient use only
DESCRIPTION
The RD SET™ adhesive replacement tapes are used to replace the attachment tape portion of the RD SET disposable sensors in the event
that the tape becomes soiled or torn prior to the end of the sensor life.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the existing tape and discard (Fig. 1).
2. Remove the replacement tape from the release liner (Fig. 2).
3. Position the replacement tape over the sensor, aligning the emitter component with the sensor cable (Fig. 3).
