Proper use
The manifold can be installed either horizontally or vertically.
During use, the permissible operating temperature (max. 70 °C)
and the permissible operating pressure (max. 6 bar) must be ob-
served. Fill pipes completely with water (heating water in accor-
dance with VDI 2035). Any other use is contrary to the intended
purpose and therefore not permissible. The operator will bear sole
responsibility for any damages resulting from this, the warranty
provided by the manufacturer will be void.

Open protective cap (6) with hexagonal wrench (5)

Close valve spindle (8) with hexagonal wrench (5) by turning
it clockwise

Close adjusting screw (7) with hexagonal key (4) by turning
it clockwise until the screw touches the valve spindle = "zero
position"

Open adjusting screw (7) acc. to the planning setting „Spindle
turns" by turning it anti-clockwise
W
Open valve spindle (8) with hexagonal wrench (5) by turning it
anti-clockwise until the spindle touches the adjusting screw (7)
W
Close protective cap (6) with hexagonal wrench (5)
