OPERATION
Procedure
1 1. Place the beef directly on the rack with the turntable.
2. Brush a little oil on it.
3. Cook on 'AUTO COOK- ROAST BEEF'.
4. Take the meat from the combi-microwave. Drain off the excess
roasting juices.
5. Wrap the meat in aluminium foil and let it stand for 10 minutes.
6. Serve with boiled potatoes and gravy.
2 1. Wash and dry the chicken. Tie the legs together loosely with string.
2. Pierce the skin a few times just below the legs.
3. Brush the entire chicken with melted butter.
4. Place the chicken directly on the turntable.
5. Cook on 'AUTO COOK- ROAST CHICKEN'.
6. Take the chicken from the combi-microwave. Drain off the excess
roasting juices. Sprinkle salt on it, if desired.
7. Wrap the chicken in aluminium foil and let it stand for 10 minutes.
8. Serve with baked potatoes and salad.
3 1. Place the pork directly on the turntable.
2. Brush a little oil on it.
3. Cook on 'AUTO COOK- ROAST PORK'.
4. Take the meat from the combi-microwave. Drain off the excess
roasting juices.
5. Wrap the meat in aluminium foil and let it stand for 10 minutes.
6. Serve the meat with apple sauce.
4 1. All kinds of fresh fish (except crumbed fish or fish in batter) can be
cooked, whole fish as well as fish fillets or fish steaks.
2. Place the prepared fish in a buttered dish.
3. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, and dot with
butter. Do not cover the dish.
4. Place dish on the high rack on the turntable.
5. Cook on 'AUTO COOK- BAKED FISH'.
5 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and prick them with a fork.
2. Place the potatoes directly on the low rack on the turntable.
3. Cook on 'AUTO COOK- BAKED POTATOES'.
6 1. Wash the potatoes and dry them thoroughly.
2. Cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces and lay them in a dish.
3. Place on the low rack on the turntable.
4. Cook on 'AUTO COOK- ROAST POTATOES'.
5. Turn the potatoes over when the combi microwave gives a beep.
