Norme di sicurezza
I
ATTENZIONE
Questo manuale è stato scritto per il personale di officina addetto
all'uso e alla manutenzione ordinaria, pertanto prima di effettuare
qualsiasi operazione occorre leggere attentamente tutto il manua-
le, poichè esso contiene informazioni importanti per la sicurezza
delle persone.
CONSERVAZIONE DEL MANUALE
Il manuale è parte integrante della macchina e deve sempre accompa-
gnarlo, anche in caso di vendita.
Questa apparecchiatura è destinata esclusivamente ad operatori
preparati che devono conoscere i sistemi frigoriferi, i gas
refrigeranti e gli eventuali danni che possono provocare le appa-
recchiature in pressione. L'unità non deve funzionare con refrige-
rante diverso da quello per il quale l'unità e stata
realizzata.
1. Lavorando in presenza di refrigeranti e' indispensabile
usare guanti ed occhiali di protezione.
2. Operare possibilmente in ambienti ventilati per evitare possibili
inalazioni di refrigerante durante le fasi di trattamento.
3. Se accidentalmente il refrigerante venisse a contatto con la pelle
operare nel seguente modo:
a) far sgelare con acqua le zone interessate.
b) togliere gli indumenti eventualmente contaminati
Attenzione: gli indumenti possono aderire alla pelle in caso di
ustioni da gelo.
c) nel caso di contatto diretto con la pelle, lavarsi
immediatamente e abbondantemente con acqua tiepida.
Se si verificano sintomi come: (irritazione o formazione di
vesciche) richiedere assistenza medica.
4. Se accidentalmente il refrigerante venisse a contatto con gli occhi
operare nel seguente modo:
a) lavare immediatamente con soluzione per lavaggio oculare
o acqua pulita, tenendo scostate le palpebre, per almeno 10
minuti, quindi richiedere assistenza medica.
5. Se accidentalmente il refrigerante venisse ingerito operare nel
seguente modo:
a) evitare di provocare il vomito.
b) se l'infortunato e' cosciente, far sciaquare la bocca
con acqua e far bere 200-300ml d'acqua.
c) richiedere quindi immediata assistenza medica.
6. I contenitori preposti a contenere il refrigerante (cilindro o bombole di
stoccaggio) devono essere caricati non oltre l'80% della loro
capienza.
Chapter 2 Safety rules

WARNING
This manual has been prepared for workshop personnel expert in
the use (operator) and technicians responsible for routine mainte-
nance (maintenance fitter); read the manual before carrying out
any operation because contains important information about the
personnel safety.
CONSERVING THE MANUAL
The manual is an integral part of the machine, which it should always ac-
company, even if the unit is sold.
This unit is destined to skilled personnel only, who must know the
refrigerating systems, the refrigerants and the possible damages
that equipment under pressure can cause. The unit must not ope-
rate with a refrigerant different from that for which the unit has
been planned and designed.
1.When working in the presence of refrigerants wear protective gloves.
2. A/C servicing units should be operated in ventilated environment only
in order to avoid inhaling refrigerants during the treatment.
3. If the refrigerant comes into contact with the skin, act as follows:
a) thaw the refrigerated parts
b) take off contaminated clothes. pls. consider that
clothes could stick to the skin if there are
freezing burns.
c) in case the refrigerant comes in direct contact
with the skin, wash it away with lukewarm
water. if ther are other symptoms
(inflammations or blisters), consult a doctor.
4. If the refrigerants comes into contact with the eyes, act
as follows:
A) wash the eyes immediately with eyewash
solution or with clean water, keeping the eyelids open for
at least 10 minutes, then ask for medical assistance.
5. If the refrigerant is swallowed, act as follows:
a) do not provoke vomit
B) if the victim is conscious, rinse its mouth and let him drink
200 300 ml of water
c) ask immediately for medical assistance.
6.The containers (cylinders or bottles) must not be filled over 80 % of
their capacity.
