Funzionamento
4.1 CICLO AUTOMATICO
1) Premere il tasto R fino alla visualizzazione nella zona uno della scrit-
ta RECUPERO e confermare con OK. La stazione richiede la quantità
di gas da caricare impostare con + e - e confermare con OK (per le sta-
zioni con banca dati vedere l'apposito capitolo) , "viene poi richiesto il
tempo per il reintegro dell'olio , impostare 0 (MAN) se si vuole reinte-
grare l'olio manualmente, la stazione inizia il recupero che termina
quando la pressione dell'impianto si azzera.
2) Viene reimmesso nel compressore l'eventuale olio che si era mi-
schiato con il gas durante il recupero , questa fase dura 20 secondi.
3) La macchina effettua una pausa di quattro minuti per permettere lo
sghiacciamento delle zone che si sono raffreddate durante il recupero ,
se alla fine di questa pausa nell'impianto la pressione è risalita viene
automaticamente ripetuto il ciclo di recupero , diversamente prosegue
4) Parte la pompa del vuoto e la zona 3 indica i minuti mancanti alla
fine del ciclo , al raggiungimento dello zero la pompa si arresta automa-
ticamente (Nota : durante la fase del vuoto è possibile terminare ma-
nualmente il ciclo premendo il tasto OK).
5) Il display indica l'inserzione dell'olio nuovo aggiungere: in questa
fase è possibile recuperare anche l'olio esausto prelevato dal veicolo
mediante l'apposito rubinetto, questa operazione può essere fatta
anche a fine ciclo.
6) La macchina effettua la carica del gas
7) Viene aperta la valvola di uscita del refrigerante , la zona 3 indica la
quantità di gas inserito , il ciclo si arresta automaticamente al raggiungi-
mento del gas impostato e dopo una breve pausa per l'assestamento
delle pressioni la macchina suona indicando il completamento del ciclo.
Confermare con OK
8) La macchina torna alla schermata principale.
Effettuare il controllo delle pressioni dell'impianto (vedi punto 4.5).
Nelle macchine dotate di stampante è possibile stampare il rapportino
premendo il tasto +

4.1 AUTOMATIC CYCLE
1) 1) Press key R until the word RECOVER appears in zone one and
confirm with OK. The station asks for the quantity of gas it needs to be fil-
led up with: set with + and – and confirm with OK (see the chapter for sta-
tions with a database), "the time for filling up with oil is then requested,
set on 0 (MAN) if you wish to top up by hand; the station starts recovery
and ends when system pressure is reset.

Any oil mixed with the gas during retrieval returns to the compres-
sor. This stage lasts 20 seconds.
3)
The machine stops for four minutes to permit defrosting of the sec-
tions that have cooled down during retrieval. If, at the end of this period,
the pressure in the system has gone up again, the retrieval cycle is auto-
matically repeated, otherwise it continues.
4)
The vacuum pump starts and section 3 indicates the minutes to go
to the end of the cycle. On reaching zero, the pump stops automatically
(Note: during the vacuum phase, the cycle can be terminated manually
by pressing the OK key).
5) The new oil added is shown on the display: during this phase the drain
oil can be recovered, taken from the vehicle through the drain plug; this
may also be done at the end of the cycle.

The machine loads the gas

The coolant outlet valve is opened. Section 3 shows the quantity of
gas loaded. The cycle stops automatically when the set gas charge is
reached and, after a short stop for pressure settling, the machine gives
an acoustic signal to indicate completion of cycle. Confirm with OK.
8)
The machine returns to main page.
Check system pressure (see point 4.5)
In the case of machines with printer, a report can be printed by pressing
the + key.
