CICLO MANUALE E AUTOMATICO
All' accensione la macchina si presenta in condizione automatico , vi-
sualizzato dalla zona 2 del display.
Per passare in manuale premere contemporaneamente i tasti OK e -
Per tornare in automatico premere contemporaneamente i tasti OK e +
MANUALE
In questa condizione la macchina effettua i vari cicli in modo indipen-
dente e alla fine di ogni passo torna alla schermata principale.
AUTOMATICO
In questa condizione con il tasto di recupero si da inizio al ciclo è
verrà automaticamente completato senza alcun intervento .
F) Riempimento del contenitore di carica
La quantità di refrigerante presente nel contenitore di carica e' stata
immessa per eseguire il collaudo delle macchine ma non e' sufficiente
per eseguire una carica completa, pertanto all'accensione della macchi-
na il display indichera' "poco gas ": quantita' di gas insufficiente
Per immettere nuovo gas nel contenitore di carica eseguire le seguenti
operazioni:
1)
collegarsi con il tubo di alta pressione ad una bombola contenente
lo stesso tipo di refrigerante, quindi capovolgerla se non dotata di pe-
scante per avere un travaso piu' veloce.
2)
Selezionare il ciclo manuale premendo contemporaneamente OK
e -
3)
Premere il tasto R fino alla visualizzazione nella zona 1 della
scritta " Recupero " e confermare con OK.
4)
Nella fase di recupero , sul display compare il peso del gas che si
stà recuperando.
5)
Raggiunta la quantità di circa 6/7 Kg chiudere il rubinetto della
bombola ed attendere l'arresto della macchina .
La macchina e' dotata di un dispositivo che controlla la pressione nel
contenitore di carica; durante la fase di recupero puo' succedere che la
soglia massima venga superata, quindi lamacchina si fermera' automa-
ticamente indicando sul display " Allarme alta pressione" In questo
caso bisogna attendere che la pressione scenda da sola.

When the machine is switched on, this is in automatic mode, displayed in
section 2 of the monitor.
To switch to manual, press the OK and - keys together
To return to automatic, press the OK and + keys together

In this condition, the machine performs the various cycles independently
and, at the end of every step, returns to the main page.
AUTOMATIC
In this condition, by means of the retrieval key, the cycle is started and
then automatically completed.
F) Filling the load container
The quantity of coolant in the load container is enough for testing the ma-
chines but not for a complete load. When the machine is switched on the
monitor will therefore display "low gas": not enough gas
To fill the load container with gas, proceed as follows:
1) Connect the high-pressure pipe to a cylinder containing the same type
of refrigerant. Then turn it upside-down if not equipped with a suction pipe
for a faster transfer.
2)
Select the manual cycle by pressing OK and - at the same time
3)
Press R until the word "Retrieve" appears in section 1 and confirm
with OK.
4)
During retrieval, the weight of the gas being retrieved appears on
the monitor.
5)
After reaching about 6/7 Kg close the cylinder cock and wait for the
machine to stop.
The machine features a device that controls the pressure of the load
containers: during retrieval, the max threshold could be exceeded. In this
case, the machine will automatically stop and the message "High pres-
sure alarm" will appear on the monitor. In this case, wait for the pressure
to drop on its own.
