MANUTENZIONE
Per mantenere l'unità in piena efficienza, è necessario attenersi alle
tempistiche di manutenzione indicate.
IL MANCATO RISPETTO DI QUANTO SOPRA ESONERA IL CO-
STRUTTORE DA QUALUNQUE RE SPONSABILITA' AGLI EFFETTI
DELLA GARANZIA .
TUTTE LE OPERAZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE DEVONO ESSERE EF-
FETTUATE CON MACCHINA FERMA.
DOPO 1 SETTIMANA dalla messa in funzione verificare:
1.
Il corretto serraggio delle viti
2.
Il corretto serraggio dei tubi
3.
Il livello olio compressore
4.
Il livello olio della pompa
Le verifiche dei livelli olio devono essere fatte con macchine ferme.
Queste operazione devono essere effettuate periodicamente ogni circa
200 ore di funzionamento .
Olio pompa
La prima carica di olio della pompa deve essere sostituita dopo circa
100/150 cicli di funzionamento ; i successivi cambi vanno effettuati
ogni 500 cicli o almeno ogni 6 mesi anche se l'unità non viene utilizza-
ta costantemente .
Olio minerale o sintetico viscosita :ISO 68
La sostituzione dell'olio è indispensabile anche quando la presenza di
inquinanti lo rende torbido ; l'olio contaminato , oltre ad impedire alla
pompa di raggiungere valori accettabili di vuoto , ne danneggia definiti-
vamente le sue parti meccaniche
ATTENZIONE! Il lubrificante non deve essere disperso
nell'ambiente ; è un rifiuto speciale e come tale deve essere smalti-
to secondo le norme in vigore.
Sostituzione del filtro disidratatore
Sostituire il filtro disidratatore ogni 200 cicli di funzionamento o ogni 12
mesi.
ATTENZIONE! Il filtro non deve essere disperso nell'ambiente ; è un
rifiuto speciale e come tale deve essere smaltito secondo le norme in
vigore.

Maintenance
To keep the unit in optimum condition, it is necessary to follow the ins-
tructions listed below:
THE INCOMPLIANCE OF THE ABOVE RULES PREVENT THE
MANUFACTURER FROM ANY RESPONSABILITY IN CONFORMITY
WITH WARRANTY.
ALL THE MAINTENANCE OPERATION MUST BE CARRIED OUT
WHEN THE UNIT IS OFF.
AFTER 1 WEEK from the starting in operation, check the
following:
1.
proper tightening of screws
2.
proper clamping of pipes
3.
pump oil level
The control on oil levels must be carried out when the unit is off.
Such operation must be carried out periodically every 200 working hours
approx.
Pump oil
The first charge of oil in the pump must be replaced after 100/150 wor-
king cycles approx.; the subsequent changes must be carried out every
500 cycles or at least every 6 months even if the unit is not used cons-
tantly.
Mineral or synthetic oil viscosity ISO 68
Oil replacement is compulsory even when the presence of pollutant ma-
kes it turbid; the exhaust oil damages the mechanical parts of the unit in
addition to prevent the pump from reaching the best vacuum values.
ATTENTION!Lubricant cannot be introduced in the environment; it
is a special waste and therefore it must be disposed according to
the laws in force.
Replacement of the dehydrating filter
Replace the dehydrating filters every 200 working cycles or every 12
months
