Cap.3 Preparazione della stazione
A) Sbloccaggio bilancia refrigrerante
La bilancia si sblocca agendo sulla parte inferiore della stessa senza al-
cun smontaggio di carter ( vedere figura 1 )
1) Svitare la vite del distanziale di blocco bilancia.
2) Fare scorrere lungo l'asola il distanziale di blocco bilancia fino alla
sua estrazione.
Onde evitare danni irreparabili alla bilancia è tassati-
vo ribloccarla in caso ci sia necessità di trasportare
la macchina su automezzi .
Per procedere al bloccaggio della bilancia occorre effettuare le seguenti
operazioni .
1) Inserire il distanziale di blocco bilancia nell'asola.
2) Serrare la vite del distanziale di blocco bilancia
B) Riempimento contenitore reintegro olio
Disconnettere il contenitore graduato tramite l'attacco rapido.
Svitare il tappo del contenitore .
Riempire d'olio il medesimo ( minerale per R 12 , sintetico o PAG per
R134A ).
Richiudere il contenitore assicurandosi che il tappo sia ben stretto per
evitare un eventuale ingresso d'aria .
Rimettere il contenitore nella posizione iniziale avvalendosi del relativo
attacco rapido .
Il livello dell'olio all'interno del contenitore non deve mai essere inferiore
al pescante .
C) Inserire la spina della corrente elettrica e premere l'interruttore
generale per l'accensione della macchina .
D) Dati segnalati su display
Il display è suddiviso in quattro zone che chiameremo come indicato qui
sotto:

ZONA 3
ACCENSIONE
All'accensione il display visualizza per circa quattro secondi l'intestazione poi
passa alla schermata principale dove mostra lo stato della macchina.
Nella zona 1 viene indicato se la macchina è PRONTA all'uso oppure se ci
sono situazioni di ALLARME , la zona quattro indica il tipo di allarme in corso
esempio POCO GAS se il gas contenuto nella bombola è inferiore a 2 Kg.
La zona due indica il ciclo di funzionamento :MAN per manuale o AUT per
automatico.
La zona 3 visualizza la quantità di Gas contenuto nella bombola.
Chapter 3 Preparation of the system
A)
Releasing the refrigerating scale.
Release the scale by acting on the bottom of it, without removing the ca-
sing (see figure 1):
1) Unscrew the the scale-locking-spacing-bar-screw
2) Slide the said spacing bar along the slot and remove it.
To avoid damaging the scale irreparably it is absolu-
tely essential to lock it again if the machine has to be
transported on a vehicle.
To lock the scale proceed as follows:
1) Fit the spacing bar on the slot
2) Tighten the screw of the scale-locking-spacing-bar.
B) Oil bottle refilling
Disconnect the graduated bottle using the quick connection.
Unscrew the bottle cap.
Fill with oil ( mineral for Rl2 ; synthetic or PAG for Rl34A).
Close the bottle again making sure that the cap is tight to prevent air from
getting in.
Return the bottle to its initial position using the quick connection.
The oil level inside the bottle must never be lower than the suction level.
C) Make the electricity supply connection and push general switch
to switching on the machine
D) Details shown on monitor
The monitor is split into four sections which we shall call as fol-
lows:

SWITCHING ON
When switched on, the monitor shows the heading for about four seconds
and then goes on to the main page showing the condition of the machine.
Area 1 shows whether the machine is READY for use or whether any
ALARM situations exist. Section four shows the type of alarm under way,
such as LOW GAS, if the gas in the cylinder is below 2 Kg.
Section two shows the operating cycle: MAN for manual or AUT for automa-
tic.
Section 3 shows the quantity of Gas contained in the cylinder.
