7. Halten Sie die Ritzelkassette mit einer Kettenpeitsche fest
und schrauben Sie die Ritzelschraube mit einem Vielzahn-
schlüssel ab.
8. Ziehen Sie die Ritzelkassette vom Freilauf ab.
9. Montieren Sie eine neue Ritzelkassette. Gehen Sie in umge-
kehrter Reihenfolge vor.
Hinweis:
Achten Sie bei der Montage darauf, dass die Passscheibe
(8) gerade aufliegt und sich nicht unter dem geteilten La-
gersitz (9) verklemmt.
Hinweis:
Schmieren Sie die Gleitflächen (10,gelb markiert) im Diffe-
rential mit festem Schmierstoff, bevor Sie die linke Achsein-
heit in die rechteckige Öffnung schieben.
10. Schieben Sie den Gummibalg (4) über die Nutensteine. Rich-
ten Sie das Differential und die Nutensteine aufeinander
aus und schieben Sie die linke Antriebseinheit bündig in das
Achsrohr.
Achtung!
Die M6 Schrauben (1) der Lagerklemmung müssen unbe-
dingt mit 9 Nm angezogen werden. Bei höherem Anzugs-
drehmoment können Sie das Kugellager beschädigen.
11. Montieren Sie die Laufräder und justieren Sie die Bremssät-
tel.

7. Brace the cassette using a chain whip, and unscrew the
sprocket bolt with a lockring removal tool.
8. Pull the cassette off of the freewheel unit.

9. Mount the new cassette. Follow these instructions in the re-
verse order.
Note:
When installing the new cassette, make sure that the shim
(8) is lying flat and not wedged at an angle beneath the

two-part bearing seat (9).
Note:
Lubricate the contact surfaces (10, yellow marked) in the
differential with a solid lubricant before you insert the left
axle assembly into the hexagon socket.
10. Slide the rubber bellows (4) back onto the end of the left axle
assembly. Align the rectangular socket in the side of the dif-
ferential with the slot nuts on the end of the left axle assem-
bly. Then slide the left axle assembly as far as it will go into
the axle tube, while guiding the slot nuts into the rectangular
slot of the differential.
Attention!
The allen bolt (1) must be tightened with a torque of 9 Nm
(6.6 ft-lbs). If the bolt is tightened with more torque, the
bearing could be damaged.
11. Mount the wheels and adjust the brake calipers.
