Laufräder demontieren
1. Halten Sie das Rad fest.
2. Drehen Sie die M 8 Schraube (1) mit einem Innensechskant-
schlüssel 6 mm gegen den Uhrzeigersinn heraus.
3. Nehmen Sie das Laufrad ab. Halten Sie dabei die Bremsschei-
be (2) fest, damit sie nicht herunterfällt.
Laufräder montieren
1. Schieben Sie die Bremsscheibe (2) von unten zwischen die
Bremszangen und halten Sie sie an die Antriebsschraube (3).
2. Halten Sie die Nabe des Laufrades (4) auf die Bremsschei-
be (2), so dass die Stifte der Nabe durch die Bohrungen der
Bremsscheibe hindurchgehen und in die Bohrungen der An-
triebsschraube hineinragen.
3. Schrauben Sie das Laufrad mit der QS Adapterscheibe, der
Nordlock-Sicherungsscheibe und der M 8 Schraube (1) mit
einem Innensechskantschlüssel 6 mm handfest an.
4. Halten Sie das Rad fest und schrauben Sie die M8 Schraube
mit einem Drehmoment von 23 Nm im Uhrzeigersinn fest.
Achtung!
Die M8 Schrauben für die Nabenbefestigung müssen un-
bedingt mit 23 Nm angezogen werden. Bei geringerem An-
zugsdrehmoment kann die Welle brechen und der Antrieb
ausfallen.

Removing the wheels

1. Brace the wheel.
2. Unscrew the M8 allen bolt (1) by turning it counterclockwise
using a 6mm Allen key.
3. Hold the brake disc (2) and remove the wheel.

Installing the wheels

1. Slide the brake disc (2) between the two brake calipers from
below, and hold it against the head of the drive screw (3),
aligning the holes.
2. Hold the hub of the left wheel (4) against the brake disc (2)
so that the hub pins protrude through the holes of the brake
disc and into the holes in the head of the drive screw (3).
3. Screw the wheel onto the frame with the QS adapter shim,
the Nordlock washer and the M8 allen bolt (1) using a 6mm
Allen key, tightening lightly at first.
4. Brace the wheel, and tighten the M8 allen bolt with a torque
of 23 Nm (17 ft-lbs).
Attention!
The M8 allen bolt must be tightened with a torque of 23 Nm
(17 ft-lbs). If the bolt is tightened with less torque, the shaft
could brake and the drive could fall out.
