Verwenden Sie für alle Schrauben einen Drehmomentschlüssel.
Die folgende Tabelle gibt Richtwerte für Schrauben der 8.8 Qua-
lität.

Lieferung annehmen

Reklamieren Sie eventuelle Beschädigungen der Verpackung di-
rekt beim Spediteur.
Auspacken und Lieferumfang prüfen
Je nach Lieferziel ist die Verpackungsgröße unterschiedlich und
Sie finden das Trix in einem unterschiedlichen Montagezustand
vor. Öffnen Sie die Verpackung und lösen Sie die Fixierungen.
Überprüfen Sie den Inhalt des Paketes mit Ihrer Bestellung.
Es sollte außerdem Folgendes enthalten:
Trix-Gebrauchsanweisung und Gebrauchsanleitungen
Fremdherstellern wie Schaltung, Bremsen, Lichtanlage etc.

Trix montieren (USA-Versand)

1. Schieben Sie den Vorbau in den Hauptrahmen und ziehen Sie
die Schrauben zunächst handfest an.
2. Montieren Sie die Rahmenschnellverstellung. Legen Sie die
Kette über die Ritzel.
3. Montieren Sie die Lenkübertragungsstange.
Hinweis:
Beachten Sie auch die Anleitungen „Laufräder demontie-
ren/montieren" auf der Seite 29. Sie können auch die Er-
satzteillisten zu Hilfe nehmen.

Tightening torques

Use a torque wrench for all bolts. The following table lists the
standard values for bolts of 8.8 quality (Grade 5)

Accepting delivery

If you notice the packaging has been damaged, please notify the
shipping company directly.

Unpacking and checking contents

The Trix is packaged in various states of pre-assembly, depend-
ing on the region to which it is being shipped. Open the packag-
ing and remove the shipping supports. Check the contents of the
package for agreement with your order.
Additionally, the following items should be included:
Trix User's Manual, as well as manuals from other manufactur-
ers for various components such as gear system, brakes, lighting
system, etc.

Assembling the Trix (USA shipment)

1. Insert the front boom into the main frame and tighten the
bolts lightly at first.
2. Mount the frame quick-adjust assembly fittings. Put the chain
on the sprockets.
3. Mount the steering rod.
Note:
Please refer to the instructions for removing the wheels on
page 29 of this manual. You can also refer to the diagrams
provided in the section "Replacement parts".
