3.3
Mounting Linear Bushings
for Combined Linear
and Rotary Motion in
housings
Part numbers:
R0663, R0664, R0665, R0667
• Chamfer (2) or round off (3) the hous-
ing bore (1).
• Clean the housing.

Do not knock the linear bushings
into place with a hammer!
Mounting Linear Bushings with deep
groove ball bearings (R0663, R0664)
• Prepare a hollow mounting arbor.
Make sure the arbor does not exert
pressure on the seals.
• Use the arbor to press the linear
bushing into the housing.
• Secure the ball bearing. Follow the
bearing manufacturer's recommen-
dations.
Mounting Linear Bushings with
needle roller bearings (R0665, R0667)
• Prepare a mounting arbor. Make sure
the arbor does not exert pressure on
the seals.

Insert the linear bushing very
carefully into the housing. Continuous-
ly check the condition of the needle
roller bearings!
• If necessary, secure the needle roller
bearing. Follow the bearing manufac-
turer's recommendations.

Montage des douilles
à billes combinées

• Chanfreiner (2) ou arrondir (3) l'alé-
sage du palier (1).
• Nettoyer le palier.

Ne pas introduire les douilles
à billes en frappant dessus avec un
marteau !
Montage des douilles à billes avec
roulement rainuré à billes (R0663,
R0664)
• Réaliser un mandrin de montage
creux. S'assurer que le mandrin ne
fait pas pression sur les racleurs.
• Introduire la douille à billes dans le
palier en utilisant le mandrin de mon-
tage.
• Fixer le roulement à billes en respec-
tant les instructions du fabricant.
Montage des douilles à billes avec
roulement à aiguilles (R0665, R0667)
• Réaliser un mandrin de montage.
S'assurer que le mandrin ne fait pas
pression sur les racleurs.

Introduire la douille à billes très
prudemment dans le palier. Vérifier
en permanence l'état du roulement
à aiguilles pendant le montage !
• Le cas échéant, fixer le roulement à
billes en respectant les instructions
du fabricant.

Montare i manicotti a sfere
per movimenti combinati
di rotazione e traslazione
nel supporto
Numeri identificativi:
R0663, R0664, R0665, R0667
• Smussare (2) o arrotondare (3) l'im-
boccatura del foro nel supporto (1).
• Pulire il supporto.

Non inserire i manicotti a sfere
battendo col martello!
Montaggio dei manicotti a sfere
con cuscinetti radiali a sfere
(R0663, R0664)
• Realizzare un attrezzo di montaggio
cavo come in figura facendo atten-
zione a che l'attrezzo di montaggio
non comprima anelli di tenuta.
• Premere il manicotto a sfere nel sup-
porto con l'attrezzo di montaggio.
• Fissare i cuscinetti a sfere. Osservare
le raccomandazioni del produttore dei
cuscinetti volventi.
Montaggio di manicotti a sfere con
cuscinetti a rullini (R0665, R0667)
• Realizzare una spina di montaggio
come in figura facendo attenzione
a che la spina di montaggio non
comprima anelli di tenuta.

Introdurre con particolare pre-
cauzione i manicotti a sfere nel sup-
porto, controllare continuamente la
regolarità del montaggio dei cusci-
netti a rullini!
• Se necessario, fissare i cuscinetti a
rullini. Osservare le raccomandazioni
dei produttori di cuscinetti volventi.
