qLabs ElectroMeter is not

connected to qLabs eStation.

The qLabs eStation is Out of

The meter did not detect
coagulation.
Low battery power.
Heating process timeout.
The ambient temperature is
outside of the operational
temperature range.
Insufficient blood was added to
the sample well.
Internal QC check out of
specifications.

CORRECTIVE
ACTIONS
Connect the qLabs ElectroM-
®
eter to the qLabs eStation
®
properly.
Replace the thermal paper.
Retest with a new strip. If this
error message appears again,
the result must be checked
using another method.
Replace batteries or use power
adapter as a power source.
Turn off the meter and let it
equilibrate at ambient tem-
perature (10-35°C) for at least
5 minutes before performing
additional tests.
Move the meter and strip to
a location that is within the
operational range of 10C to
35C and repeat the test.
Retest with a new strip and
make sure a minimum of 10
micro liters of blood is correctly
added to the sample well.
1. Make sure the strip is within
the expiry date.
2. Make sure the strip code is
entered correctly.
3. Retest with a new strip.
