e) Set the timer, speed & start up the machine
1. You can set the timer for the appropriate mixing
time or operate without setting the timer.
a) Operation with timer set:
Press Time + (8a) button to increase
the time or Time – (8b) button to
decrease the time. Press the red
ON/OFF button (11) to confirm.
Remaining time will be shown and
dot blinks on the display (10).
b) Operation without timer set:
The machine will switch OFF automatically in
10 minutes as the default timer is 10 minutes.
Note: i) Maximum setting time is 60 minutes. De-
fault time is 10 minutes.
ii) Press and hold increase time + (8a) or de-
crease (8b) button for fast adjustment.
2. Then, select the appropriate speed by lifting or
lowering the speed control lever (7). Three fixed
speeds are available: first (1), second (2) and
third (3).

RESET the Hi-limiter (thermal cut-out)
Please note that the RESET button (14) is located
at the rear of the machine in order to prevent
overheated.
• Unplug the machine from the electrical power
outlet first.
• Let the machine to cool down completely.

Type of ingredient
Heavy: Mixing pizza, bread,
pasta and
Medium: 2nd stage of mixing
for donut dough, etc.
Light: Whipping cream, egg
whites, meringue.
IMPORTANT: ALWAYS follow the recommended at-
tachment used and speed setting according to the
capacity table.
ATTENTION: Be careful about the risk of dust and
flour escape when slitting of bags of ingredient
into bowl (2). Wear protective mask or glasses if
necessary.
3. After that, press the red (ON / OFF) button (11)
on the control panel (9) to switch ON the ma-
chine. Press again to switch OFF the machine.
The machine will rotate in clockwise direction.
4. CAUTION! ALWAYS STOP the machine BEFORE
changing speeds. Failure to do so may damage
the internal gear construction.
5. To change the speed during the operation:
a) Press the red (ON / OFF) button (11) on the
control panel (9) to switch OFF the machine.
b) Change the speed by raising or lowering the
speed control lever (7).
c) Press the red (ON / OFF) button (11) on the
control panel (9) to restart the machine.
• Press the RESET button (14) of the Hi-limiter
(thermal cut-out)
• Then, plug into the electrical power outlet and
start up the machine again.
