3. ReQuIReMents
1) The installation must include electrical devices incorporating io-homecontrol® technology (roller
shutters, garage doors, skylights, blinds, lights, etc.) with the same security key, together with a
bidirectional io-homecontrol® remote control (Telis Composio io, Impresario Chronis io, Telis 1 io,
Easy Sun io).
TaHoma® is also compatible with certain devices incorporating RTS (Radio Technology Somfy).
A list of RTS compatibility is available at www.somfy.com.
2) The installation must have an Internet connection with a DHCP ADSL modem fi tted with an
Ethernet socket.
If the DHCP ADSL modem only has one Ethernet socket, equipment such as an Ethernet router
can be used to connect several devices to it.
3) You will have to write down the PIn for the taHoma® unit: (you will be asked for it during
installation; it is on a label on the bottom of the TaHoma® unit).

d) Mode change button corresponding to the colour of the
indicator light described in the following paragraph. Each
time this button is pressed, the unit switches to the next
mode.
e) Indicator light showing TaHoma® unit mode:
• Green indicator light: everything is activated. Control,
scenario creation, status reporting, etc. are authorised.
The scenarios programmed in "MY WEEK" and "MY
SCENARIOS" will be triggered at the scheduled times.
• Orange indicator light: control, scenario creation, status
reporting, etc. are authorised. One of the automatic
devices is deactivated.
• Fixed red indicator light: control, scenario creation,
status reporting, etc. are blocked. Only the automatic
devices are activated.
• Flashing red indicator light: control, scenario creation,
status reporting, etc. are blocked, as are the automatic
devices.
f) Indicator light showing Internet connection status:
• Green indicator light: connected.
• Red indicator light: connection fault (fi rewall settings,
Ethernet cable incorrectly connected, etc.).
