8) The Ethernet interface must never be plugged directly into a telephone socket. The Ethernet
interface is designed for connection to communication terminals such as modems, switches, hubs,
etc. only.
3. ReqUIReMents
1) The installer must have an account on the Somfy professional web site (***). Installers who do not
have an account with the site must apply for one prior to commissioning.

3) The installation must have an Internet connection with an ADSL modem (router and DHCP
functions activated) equipped with an Ethernet port.
If the ADSL modem only has one Ethernet port, equipment such as an Ethernet router can be
used to connect several devices to the modem.
4) The installation must include electrical devices incorporating io-homecontrol
shutters, garage doors, skylights, blinds, lights, etc.) with the same security key, together with an
io-homecontrol two-way remote control (Telis Composio io, Impresario Chronis io, Telis 1 io, Easy
®
Sun io, etc.).
TaHoma is also compatible with specific RTS (Radio Technology Somfy) devices. Please see
®
the Somfy web site for a list of compatible RTS devices.
To add an RTS gate purchased at a large DIY outlet to TaHoma
Freevia, LS430, LS420, SGS), a special repeater remote control must be used (to be ordered
before installation).

• Green Led: everything is activated. Control, scenario
creation, status reporting, etc. are authorised.
The scenarios scheduled in "MY WEEK" and "MY
SCENARIOS" will start at the set times.
• orange Led: control, scenario creation, status reporting, etc. are authorised. One of the
automatic devices is deactivated.
• fixed red Led: control, scenario creation, status reporting, etc. are blocked. Only the automatic
devices are active.
• flashing red Led: control, scenario creation, status reporting, etc. and the automatic devices
are blocked.
