Intended use
This product is intended for use In hospitals and health care facilities to
manage the storage of Welch Allyn diagnostic accessories as well as
charging these instruments.

Cleaning
WARNING Before you clean the device, unplug it from the wall
socket.
To clean the charging housing, use a damp cloth with warm water and mild
detergent or one of the following solutions:
• 70 percent isopropyl alcohol
• 10 percent mild bleach solution
Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
To clean the charging contacts inside the charging wells and on the handles
and thermometer, use a dry cloth.

Charging Indicator LED
CAUTION The GS Diagnostic Desk System is supplied with a
rechargeable battery pack. To make use of the charging function,
install the rechargeable battery pack in the battery compartment of
the thermometer and then place the thermometer into the charger.
While other rechargeable batteries can be used in the thermometer,
we do not recommend it as they cannot be recharged in the Desk
Charger.
