PROBLEM
The pump doesn't work.
The pump is stopped under
load.
The pump works but it doesn't
send oil in pressure
The pump doesn't reach the
maximum pressure.
The pump goes to pressure but
the load it is not moved.
The piston re-enters even if the
pedal or the button of return is
not pressed.
Insufficient pump capacity.
12. DEMOLITION AND SELLING OF THE PUMP
If pump has to be cleared empty it of contained oil and clear it according to the laws in force in
the country in which the clearing happens. The other parts of the pump must be sold off
considering the typology of the materials that constitute it.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

The line of the air compressed is
closet or obstructed.
Air pressure too low.
Air filter dirty or obstructed.
Loss of the oil in the general
hydraulic apparatus.
Internal loss of pump.
Level of oil too low.
Air pressure too low.
Inside safety valve out setting.
Loss of the oil in the general
hydraulic apparatus.
Excessive load.
The oil doesn't correctly circulate.
If the return is foreseen to gravity,
possible lack of load on the
cylinder.
Cylinder spring break.
Air pressure too low.
Air filter dirty or obstructed.
REMEDY
Verify that compressed air
arrives to the pump.
Verify that the pump pressure of
feeling (compressed air) is
between 6 and 10 bar.
Clear and replace the filter.
Verify the presence of the loss
and mend where necessary.
Verify the pump loss and send
back it to the builder to the
repairing.
Verify the level oil, and if
necessary to fill up.
Verify that the pump pressure of
feeling (compressed air) is
between 6 and 10 bar.
Contact the builder.
Verify the presence of the loss
and to mend where necessary.
Decrease the load.
Verify that the pipings are
deprived of neck down and that
the cylinder is not detective.
Verify the line of oil feeling.
Send back it to the builder to the
repairing.
Verify that the pump pressure of
feeling (compressed air) is
between 6 and 10 bar.
Clear and replace the filter.
