This function allows the home's consumption of electricity to be kept under
-1403 W
control by keeping it under the thresholds set for particular time bands .
This function can be especially useful for keeping consumption within the ranges
anticipated by the "time-banded" contracts offered by many electricity suppliers,
or for taking full advantage of the energy produced by photovoltaic systems in
particular time bands and avoiding disconnections due to overloading during other
time bands .
The data provided by one or more meters is required for this control to be carried
out .
The case shown in the example is making use of data measured by a composite
meter that provides the data obtained by subtracting the energy produced by a
photovoltaic system from the energy consumed .
In the example, value A shows that 1403 W generated by the photovoltaic
system are available in addition to the power provided by the energy supplier .
