– The fitness wristband is in "sleep mode". To exit "sleep mode", hold
the "touch" button down for 3 seconds. The symbol
appear on the fitness wristband's display.
– Bluetooth is not activated on your phone. Activate Bluetooth
®
your smartphone settings.
– The battery of the fitness wristband is flat. If the fitness wristband will
not turn on, charge it using the included USB charging cable.
– Check that you are using the correct app. It is only possible to trans-
fer data using the "HealthForYou" app.
– The fitness wristband is connected to a different smartphone. Discon-
nect the fitness wristband from one smartphone before you connect
it with another.
– iPhone:
If you are using an iPhone and the Bluetooth
working, disconnect the Bluetooth
"HealthForYou" app.
Then go to Bluetooth
delete the "SAS 87" from the list of connected Bluetooth
Now reconnect the "SAS 87" via Bluetooth
